A few years back, General Motors had to recall 142,000 Bolts in a major fiasco due to fire risk. This time around, however, just a small number of Bolts are being recalled, only 107. KYMCO, a leading Taiwanese scooter maker, has just announced the next step in its growing partnership with US-based electric motorcycle company LiveWire. The long-awaited KYMCO RevoNEX electric motorcycle will now be built on the Arrow S2 platform developed by LiveWire.
