General Motors (GM) reports a record $41.9 billion in Q3 2022 revenue and reaffirms earnings guidance

GM shared its Q3 2022 financial report today, which is highlighted by an EBIT-adjusted $4.3 billion bolstered by a quarterly revenue of $41.9 billion. As a result, the American automaker has reaffirmed its full-year earnings guidance as it continues to scale its Ultium platform and expand EV production throughout its marques.

GM’s Cruise recalls 80 self-driving EVs citing collision risks when turning

General Motors’ self-driving rideshare service Cruise announced that it has recalled 80 of its electric robotaxis in order to update their software following an accident in June that injured two people. EVgo signs supply deal with Delta Electronics for 1,000 fast chargers coming to the new GM network

US public charging network EVgo has announced a new supply agreement with global energy solutions provider Delta Solutions for 1,000 fast charger piles capable of charge outputs up to 350 kW.
