Furthermore, the company has announced a new partner to help scale and manage its growing network of marine chargers.

To celebrate its 10th race competition, the Yacht club de Monaco is inviting commercially available electric boats to compete in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge (MEBC) for the first time. The new commercial electric boat rally will join the Solar, Energy, and Open Sea Classes already in place with hopes to host the world’s largest gathering of electric maritime vessels.

It has teamed up with award-winning electric boat manufacturer Ingenity Electric to establish compatibility standards in marine e-mobility to expedite electric boat adoption and the charging infrastructure necessary to support it.

Marine fast charging network Aqua superPower has expanded overseas into the US, beginning operations of its first marine fast charger in Lake Tahoe, California. The new Aqua high power DC charger at Tahoe City Marina is the first of a planned network of smart marine chargers to be rolled out along the lakeshore to support boat owners that have chosen electrified maritime vessels.

Marine fast charging network, Aqua superPower, announced a strategic alliance with electric boat manufacturer X Shore to promote market adoption through the expansion of marine infrastructure. As Aqua superPower’s first ambassador, X Shore will connect to the latter’s superchargers at boat shows and installations.

DC Fast Charging hardware and software manufacturer Tritium has announced a strategic partnership with Aqua superPower, the first fast charging network developed specifically for marine EVs. Together, the companies plan to expand electric boat charging on waterways around the world.
