BOO! It’s Halloween 2025 and Rivian is helping its owners get in the spirit.

We are two weeks out from Halloween, and Rivian is already playing trick or treat with its social media followers. The EV automaker teased what appears to be this year’s unique Halloween “Car Costume” by showcasing a moss-covered Rivian vehicle near water.

Fully autonomous technology developer Waymo continues to expand the reach of its test fleet as well as bona fide customer rides without a driver present. This morning, Waymo shared plans to expand across the pond to London, with public robotaxi rides expected sooner than you might think.

Personal use eVTOL developer Jetson continues to showcase to the public how exciting an aerial eVTOL racing format can be. The company recently showcased a racing format concept it calls the Jetson Air Games, in which four single-rider Jetson ONE eVTOLs raced head-to-head around a series of pylons during the annual UP.Summit. After an announcement last week, eVTOL developer Archer Aviation completed display flights to the public at the 2025 California International Air Show. This public display was Archer’s latest aerial achievement in the public eye as it moves closer to certification and commercial eVTOL operations.

Chinese EV brand ZEEKR has announced a new design refresh to its flagship 001 EV model – the second in as many years.
