Peugeot reveals its new line of electric bikes with bold, eye-catching designs

French automaker Peugeot is certainly not a newcomer to the electric bicycle world like many other automakers that have only begun dipping their toe in the e-bike waters. Peugeot has a long history producing bicycles that dates back over a century under its PEUGEOT Cycles division. Electrek returned to Eurobike again this year, and as usual, the show was dominated by electric bikes. If you’re an old-school curmudgeon who has dug in your heels trying to slow the forward pedaling motion of e-bikes, that might leave you dismayed. For all of the rest of us, it was a great chance to see hundreds, or perhaps thousands, of companies showing off new e-bikes, e-bike gear, and sometimes unrelated yet equally cool transportation… things.

These four-wheeled electric cargo bikes could replace delivery vans in your city

Instead of delivery vans clogging up the streets of your city, package delivery could soon be handled near you by fleets of four-wheeled cargo e-bikes with spacious van-like rear ends. That’s already the case in many European cities, and now it could be spreading even farther around the globe thanks to a new partnership between Zoomo and EAV.
