Like most legacy motorcycle brands, Triumph hasn’t had much of anything to show in the way of electric vehicles yet.
But that appears to be changing, as the British bike manufacturer is now undertaking an electric motorcycle development project.
Triumph has reportedly filed a number of trademarks for an upcoming Trident line of motorcycles. Multiple sources are reporting that the new line could be Triumph’s first ever electric motorcycle.
Electric motorcycles are becoming increasingly popular lately, and established motorcycle manufacturers are taking notice. It looks like the latest company to consider charging up their bikes could be Triumph.
