Tesla CEO Elon Musk went on another “tweetstorm” Saturday afternoon and revealed a few more information about Model 3 reservations, upcoming updates and gift for reservation holders.

Musk confirmed that Tesla had 253,000 Model 3 reservations this morning and he will update the number tonight, then once more on Wednesday.

At ~$1,000 in deposit per reservation (depending on the currency/country), it adds up to about $250 million in interest-free loans for Tesla.

According to the following tweet, it looks like one of the gifts is a scale down Model 3:

Musk also said that Tesla will expand to India before the start of Model 3 production and that the new wheels unveiled with the prototypes will make it to production.
