Zero Motorcycles Factory tour with pro-skater Bob Burnquist [Video]

Electric bike maker Zero Motorcycles filmed an interesting live tour of its Scotts Valley factory in California yesterday. You can watch the full video below.

In the video, we follow pro-skater Bob Burnquist on a tour of the electric motorcycles factory with Zero’s Vice President of Operations Kai Hypko.

Hypko goes through the step-by-step process of making a Zero all-electric motorcycle, which takes 240 minutes of work-time.

The duo starts from the battery cell module and go through the whole process fairly quickly all the way to the chassis.
