New footage of the Tesla Model X assembly line in Fremont Factory [Gallery & Video]

A German publication, Captain Gadget, managed to get authorization from Tesla to film the Model X assembly line at the Fremont factory in California. The result is rare footage of Tesla’s highly automated assembly line and rarely seen sections of the factory.

But it is one of the best look at factory, especially since they have made improvements on the assembly line. We get to see some of Tesla’s ‘automated guided vehicles’ (AGVs) at work carrying battery packs – something we’ve seen also at Tesla’s Gigafactory.
