Model X testing video at Alameda Airport shows side mirrors and larger backside

Ooooh what have we here? It appears Tesla uses the same test track as Mythbusters and what a great place to see the Model X being tested at some pretty high speeds.

I’ve heard the front end got a big redesign as well.

We’ll see if we can dig up some more.

I’m hoping we get a better look at this soon (official photos) because this is reminding me way too much of a Pontiac Aztec…or a slightly better-looking Prius. Is it just me?

        It’s not just me 🙁

I’d expect it to look more like the X3 or NX200t but not seeing that in this vid (admittedly, it’s not the highest quality). Any word on when they’re supposed to officially unveil the production version?

Interesting automobile. Have the doors of this auto been tested in snowy and frigid environments where additional weight may impair the function of such doors.
