ALLPOWERS 50% off Prime Day sale, Greenworks 40V chainsaw hits new $98 low, Jackery power station price cuts, more

If you weren’t aware, we are well into hurricane season through November, with the worst months still ahead of us. Today’s Green Deals are useful for anyone, but we’ve tailored together a list that is especially helpful for those of you who will be regularly dealing with said storms in the coming weeks/months. Starting us off is the ALLPOWERS Prime Day sale that is taking up to 50% off power stations, solar generator bundles, and accessories – like the R1500 power station bundled with a 600W solar panel going for $1,059. Storm debris is a major headache, depending on where you are and just what kind of storms you’re facing, and to lend a helpful hand (or chain) is the Greenworks 40V 12-inch Cordless Compat Chainsaw that just hit a new $98 low. And for more backup power options, Amazon has cut prices on a lineup of Jackery power stations to new and return lows – like on the Explorer 500 Portable Power Station that is currently sitting at $300. Plus, all the other hangover Green Deals that are still alive and well.

ALLPOWERS Prime Day sale takes 50% off power stations, bundles, and accessories with extra ways to save

ALLPOWERS has joined its competitors with its own Prime Day sale running through July 25, taking up to 50% off its power stations, solar generator bundles, and accessories – with extra opportunities for additional savings on larger orders. One particular offer that caught our eye is the R1500 Portable Power Station bundled with a 600W solar panel for $1,059 shipped. Regularly $2,099, this particular combo package has seen very few discounts over the last year, with the biggest of them being a short-lived fall to the $999 low at the top of June. Today’s deal comes in as a 50% markdown that gives you back $1,040 in savings and lands it at the second-lowest price we have tracked – $60 above the all-time low. You’ll also find the standalone power station going for $499, down from $899 – matched at Amazon.

The R1500 power station has been upgraded with a LiFePO4 battery, providing you with a 1,152Wh capacity and 1,800W of output power (peaking at 3,000W). It sports 11 output ports (four ACs, two USB-As, two USB-Cs, two wireless chargers on top, and a car port) to cover your devices and appliances, with full smart controls available for monitoring and adjusting settings through your tablet or smartphone via the ALLPOWERS app. You’ll be able to get a full recharge with a standard outlet pushing a 1,500W output in just one hour, or in just two hours with 650W of solar input – meaning the included 600W panel will likely take a little over two hours to reach a full battery.

And as we stated before, ALLPOWERS has provided a few opportunities in this Prime Day sale to shave some extra savings off your order that is worth taking considering. For orders that total over $2,100, you can use the promo code PRIME10 at checkout to score an additional 10% off. For orders that total over $3,000, you can instead use the promo code PRIME12 at checkout to score an additional 12% off.

Greenworks 40V 12-inch Cordless Compact Chainsaw hits new $98 low

Amazon is offering the Greenworks 40V 12-inch Cordless Compact Chainsaw for $98 shipped. Normally fetching $180, since 2024 began we’ve seen five previous discounts, with the biggest of them being January’s drop to $120, which none of the others fell lower than in the time since, though it was mainly keeping under $125 prior to May, when it shot back up above $150. Today’s deal comes in as a massive 46% markdown, taking $82 off the price tag and landing it at the lowest price we have tracked to date.

We are well into hurricane season (though we haven’t gotten to the toughest months in August and September yet) and this compact chainsaw arrives ready to handle storm cleanup, whenever and wherever. It sports a 40V brushless motor that comes powered by a 2.0Ah battery, allowing up to 65 cuts of 4×4 planks on a single charge. It is stocked with a 12-inch bar and chain that keeps itself lubricated and running smoothly thanks to the built-in auto-oiler – plus, the little oil window to better keep track of when to refill it.

The compact, lightweight design with a wrap-around handle ensures reduced strain while you maintain maximum control during its use. And you won’t need to deal with the headache of pulling its cord or priming the motor first as this chainsaw starts with a simple push of a button, ultimately saving you time, energy, and most importantly due to it being an electric model – money.

Amazon cuts prices on Jackery power stations to new and return lows alongside Mega Deals sale

Running alongside Jackery’s Mega Deals sale, and as part of its Early Prime Day deals, the brand’s official Amazon storefront is offering its Jackery Explorer 500 Portable Power Station for $299.99 shipped. Normally going for $499, it’s been slowly and steadily seeing bigger discounts as we go further into 2024, after ending 2023 at $349. This same rate repeated for the first four months of the new year, which we then saw dip lower to $329 during last month’s Father’s Day sale. Now, today, it’s taking things further as a 40% markdown that gives you $199 in savings and carves out a new all-time low. This price is not only matched by Jackery’s ongoing sale, but there’s also the option to bundle it alongside a 100W solar panel for $499, down from $799.

The Explorer 500 offers a 518Wh capacity that can provide a 1,000W max power output. It is able to fully charge from 0 to 100% in up to 7.5 hours via a wall outlet or car port and in up to 9.5 hours by using a SolarSaga 100W solar panel (when bundled or purchased separately). It provides seven ports to cover your devices’ charging needs: three USB-As, two DCs, one AC, and one car port. You’ll also be able to sync your smartphone with the power station in order to monitor and adjust settings in real-time via the app, allowing you to manage power consumption wherever you roam.

There’s a few power station deals being offered through the Jackery Amazon storefront that beat out what the company is charging in its Mega Deals sale, while the rest match prices with the event. We’ve marked the better deals below, and feel free to compare with the direct sales prices here too. (One thing to keep in mind is that while some prices may be lower here, purchasing them through Amazon means you won’t be eligible to win full refunds on your order – if you’re feeling lucky).
