The Genesis GV90 interior takes luxury to a whole new level: Here’s our first look

The GV90 is not just the most luxurious Genesis EV to date. It’s an ultra-luxe tech powerhouse. Genesis set out to redefine luxury with the GV90, and the interior proves it. Here’s our first look.

Genesis takes luxury up a notch with the GV90 interior

Remember the Neolun Concept, the full-size electric SUV Genesis revealed at the NY Auto Show last year? Genesis is preparing to introduce its new flagship EV, and from the first look, it appears to be almost identical to the concept.

The concept shown last year was the brand’s “ultra-luxe vision of luxury SUVs,” according to Genesis. Drawing influence from Korean architecture, the stunning SUV features a reductive design with no unnecessary details or added elements.

“It’s the epitome of timeless design and sophisticated craftsmanship,” as Luc Donckerwolke, Genesis’ head creative officer, describes the flagship SUV.

Genesis claims the interior boasts “a whole new level of luxury” with premium materials and features. It will also serve as the brand’s tech beacon, featuring Hyundai’s latest software and connectivity technology.

Although we got a sneak peek of the interior last month after the GV90 was caught testing in California, a new video gives us a closer look.

The folks at HealerTV put together a video comparing the production-ready GV90 interior to the Neolun Concept show last March.

As you can see, the production-ready GV90 interior looks about the same as the Neolun Concept, just toned down a bit. It still has the “Purple Silk” leather trim and “Royal Indigo” cashmere elements. The reporter notes it has a “somewhat futuristic, luxurious feel to it.”

The dash is still covered, but it’s expected to feature a massive 24″ touchscreen infotainment at the center with voice command recognition.

Like the concept, it still features the signature Genesis Crystal Sphere, which will serve as a hi-fi tweeter speaker.

The Genesis GV90 is expected to arrive in mid-2026. We will learn final specs and prices closer to its official debut.
