Tesla releases new “Revolutionize Your Commute” promotional video featuring ‘Summon’, ‘Autopark’ and the ‘Autopilot’

Last night, Tesla released a new video titled “Revolutionize Your Commute”.

Last year, Tesla released a series of short promotional videos featuring the different functions of the Autopilot: ‘Autopark’, ‘Auto Lane Change’ and ‘Autosteer’, but now after the release of ‘Summon’ earlier this month, Tesla combines all the features into a single video to show how it can impact someone’s commute.

The particular commute used for the demonstration in the video appears to be on ON-403 in Hamilton, Ontario.

Tesla generally only publishes these videos to its media accounts and uses them in events, but company doesn’t buy advertising, which means you are not likely to see this video on TV or in a web ad.

You can watch the quick video in full here:

Description:

Autopilot allows Model S to steer within a lane, change lanes with the simple tap of a turn signal, and manage speed by using active, traffic-aware cruise control. Digital control of motors, brakes, and steering helps avoid collisions from the front and sides, as well as preventing the car from wandering off the road. Model S can also scan for a parking space, alert you when one is available, and parallel park on command.

Autopilot features are progressively enabled over time with software updates.
