Join us for our coverage of Tesla’s 2024 annual shareholders meeting, also called ‘Cyber Roundup’. We will know the full results of the shareholder votes and there are likely going to be a few announcements coming out of the event.
Obviously, CEO Elon Musk already killed the suspense by revealing that proposals 4 and 5, which is a revote on his 2018 CEO compensation package rescinded by a judge and the incorporation move to Texas, have already passed.
However, other vote results, including the reelection of two board members and several shareholder proposals, have yet to be revealed.
After Tesla’s investor relations revealed the results of those votes, Musk generally takes the stage, which will undoubtedly result in a several minute-long standing ovation.
Then, he usually starts with a recap of Tesla’s last year, sometimes its last decade.

Tesla, its fans, customers, investors and CEO are a self contained closed system. They praise and reenforce each other, disregarding any outside pressure. This kind of thing has its own momentum and own story arc. It's best to just step aside and let it run its course.
Sometimes, it is followed by a few announcements. Then, he holds a Q&A sessions, which generally also reveals some new information in between nonstop praise from fans.
