Electrek Rewards: We’re giving away a Tesla Model S … For Kids from Radio Flyer!

Hello! It is time to reward our readers again with another contest. We’ve got our hands on a code for a free Radio Flyer Model S for kids (BTW there’s a new Pearl White Model) and want to give it away to one of our US readers. The contest is simple: Share this post on Twitter, Facebook or subscribe to our newsletter (or triple your chances and do all 3!). Remember you need to be following us on Twitter/Facebook for us to contact the winner.

We’ll pick the winner by Friday and will update this post at that time. Thanks again for reading Electrek!

Update: Congrats to Mark N  from Nevada who shared on Facebook

Since it plugs in and charges just like a real electric vehicle, it makes it a perfect tool to educate kids about EVs.

Here’s more on the Tesla Radio Flyer for kid from a previous article:

The toy ride-on car uses li-ion batteries and has reportedly been developed in collaboration with the automaker.

Much like the Arrow Smart-Kart, you can set a speed limit on the Model S for Kids: 3 mph and 6 mph (note that the toy is for kids ages 3 to 8 and has a weight capacity of 81 lb).

The replica toy car can be customized in Radio Flyer’s online design studio, which is similar to Tesla’s own design studio for the Model S. You can choose between three colors based on Tesla’s own colors offered for the Model S.

It comes with a standard 140 Wh battery pack, which can easily be swapped (similar to the battery swap system of the Gogoro scooters), and a premium 190 Wh battery is also available for $50.

Radio Flyer built-in a small frunk (front-trunk) just like the Model S’.
