Tesla updated its online design studio today to discontinue two color options, Titanium Metallic Silver and Solid White, for the Model S and X – bringing the number of color options down to only 7.

‘Titanium Silver Metallic’ (seen above) was definitely a less popular option, but nonetheless, it made for a stunning look.

‘Silver Metallic’ (non-Titanium Silver Metallic) is still available, as well as ‘Midnight Silver Metallic’.

As for ‘Solid White’, it likely was less popular than the ‘Pearl White Multi-coat’ option, which is still available. How many whites do you need?

It’s not clear if Tesla plans to introduce more color options after discontinuing those two, but the design studio is starting to look a little light on options. There’s been rumours of Tesla introducing more colors and even potentially custom colors, but it was never substantiated.

If they are specific colors that you’d want to see Tesla offer, let us know in the comment section below.
