After the Tesla Model S conquered the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb last weekend, now it’s time for the Model X to race up a hill, but an ocean away at the Goodwood Festival of Speed hill climb.
Goodwood Festival of Speed is an important racing festival and motor show in West Sussex, England.
It features a hill climb event on a track with an elevation change of 92.7 metres, for an average gradient of 4.9%.
Formula one cars and custom vehicles made their way up the hill, but it is the first time for an all-electric SUV like the Model X.
It is special to see such a large vehicle moving so fast on narrow roads. The Model X P90D can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds and has a total power output of 532 hp on Ludicrous mode.
