Is that Barbie’s dream car or a new Jag? We are finally getting our first look at Jaguar’s new ultra-luxury EV lineup. Leaked images reveal a radical new look for Jaguar’s upcoming electric GT ahead of its official debut.
Jaguar’s new electric GT revealed in leaked images online
After teasing its “Bold, Dramatic, Fearless” new look last month, Jaguar’s highly anticipated electric GT is finally here. Well, sort of.
Jaguar is in the midst of revamping the brand for an all-electric future. The iconic British automaker is going all-electric with a new line of ultra-luxury models priced over £100,000 ($130,000).
We got a sneak peek of the company’s new look in November after Jag released a preview of its new “reimagined” logo and branding.
Jaguar also teased its first EV from the new series, revealing a drastically different look from the Jaguar vehicles we are accustomed to. Instead of the crossover SUV and sedans, like the F-Pace and F-Type, the electric 4-door GT has a low-sitting, long silhouette and aggressive, wide wheel arches.
After posting a teaser with the tagline “Copy Nothing” on social media last month, Jaguar received some pushback. Several companies (not just automakers) poked fun, including luxury rival Lucid Motors.
The new EV will officially debut overnight at Miami Art Week on December 2. However, after new images leaked online Monday, we are getting a look at Jaguar’s radical new electric GT early.
The photos from CocheSpias reveal Jaguar’s upcoming luxury electric GT in full. Like the Polestar 4, Jaguar’s new EV lacks a back window. The company will likely opt for a digital mirror instead.

The concept design has some clear references to the classic E-Type, from the overall silhouette to taper of the rear quarter window to the way that front fender panel apes the one on the original formed by the way the clamshell hood meets the front fender. At the same time, it looks completely different, which I know was the goal.
Jaguar wasn’t kidding when it said its new design theme will “showcase bold forms and exuberant proportions.” Priced at over $130,000, the new GT is expected to rival other luxury EVs like the Lucid Air, Tesla Model S, and Porsche Taycan.
It will be the first of three new luxury EVs that will hit the market starting in 2026. Based on Jaguar’s new JAE (Jaguar Electric Architecture), the new electric GT will be its most powerful car ever with an expected up to 575 hp and over 434 miles (700 km) range.
