Electrek Partner Program
2024 Digital Media Opportunities
Launched officially in 2019, the Electrek Partner Program works with select brands to plan and execute unique advertising campaigns that integrate with content on our sites, social, podcasts, and video channels, as well as across our broader network of tech and shopping sites that collectively reach 75-100M+ impressions monthly.
The Electrek Partner Program works with select brands to:
- Create targeted native content campaigns including sponsored posts and videos hand-crafted by our content team.
- Integrate natively into editorial content on our site, YouTube channels and Podcasts with a mix of native text, video, and link integrations presented by our regulars hosts, writers, and influencers.
- Integrate into the Electrek Buyer’s Guide and Lease Guides, Black Friday, and Holiday season coverage.
- Launch co-branded giveaways with email entry collection for future marketing.
- Offer readers exclusive deals and promotions as part of pre-orders and crowdfunding campaigns.

NATIVE CONTENT
In contrast to typical sponsored articles and videos, every Partner campaign is created by our team specifically for each brand, budget, and promo. This allows us to identify unique and highly targeted editorial integrations and sponsorship opportunities that provide value to readers while simultaneously building trust for your brand among our audience of dedicated EV and renewable energy enthusiasts.
Partner Posts on Electrek can include in-depth product review-style content, like when we went hands-on with the new Volkswagen ID.4 (as featured below). They can alternatively be used to amplify a news release, facilitate giveaway entries or sign-ups, or promote a discount or promotion with coverage across our network including on our 9to5Toys shopping site.

Available to select brands and products only, Partner Videos are full-length sponsored videos produced and presented by our video team. Partner Videos resemble editorial videos and present your brand and product in an in-depth, hands-on manner by our regular YouTube hosts. They can optionally be embedded in Partner Posts as an added visual.
In the examples above and below, we did exactly that with a hands-on, video walkthrough for the Volkswagen ID.4, Heybike Cityscape e-bike, and for the Bluetti AC200 Portable Solar Power Station:
In addition to full-length dedicated Partner Videos, Partner Video Integrations are among our most successful campaigns, allowing brands to target related content and integrate natively into our most popular videos of the year. These integrations included 30 second+ intro, mid-roll, and outro spots presented by our YouTube host organically in the same style as the editorial video. Partner Videos appear on our YouTube channels and in accompanying content on our sites and social.

EDITORIAL INTEGRATIONS & BUYER’S GUIDES
For select brands, the Partner Program includes custom editorial integrations, allowing us to identify editorial opportunities to integrate your brand and promo on content with a highly targeted audience.
For Enel X, we integrated the company’s JuiceBox EV charger brand into our buyer’s and lease guides, positioning it front of an engaged and highly targeted audience of prospective electric vehicle buyers at exactly the right time.
Tutorial content, events and reviews, giveaways, and other special content from our editorial team offer many opportunities for editorial integrations across our coverage of electric vehicles, transportation, and renewable energy categories.
NATIVE BANNERS
Native Banners allow you to feature your brand and promo within our editorial content with a 750×150 native image embedded indefinitely into article bodies. Unlike traditional display ads, the native banner remains in the articles it’s placed where it can continue receiving traffic for weeks, months, and even years following the campaign. The Native Banner is also inserted in our email newsletter the day(s) it’s scheduled to run.

PODCASTS & EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Throughout the year we took on sponsors for our coverage of the year’s biggest events and auto shows from Tesla and the broader EV market. That includes when we integrated Electrify America into our podcasts and live video streams across our daily and weekly audio and video content on The Electrek Podcast and Quick Charge.
